The Setup Fee covers the manual labor of our engineers. This includes auditing your processes, cleaning and vectorizing corporate data for RAG, configuring system prompts, API integration with your CRM, and final pre-launch testing
A session is a 24-hour communication window with one unique user. Regardless of whether the client asked 1 question or had a long correspondence of 50 messages to solve their problem, exactly 1 session will be deducted from your balance
The system will not disable the AI assistant. Thanks to the Auto-Recharge function, when the limit is exhausted, the fee for the Overage package will be automatically deducted from your card at the fixed rate specified in your plan
Yes. Basic limits are calculated for models like Gemini mini, GPT-mini, or Mistral small. If you choose premium models for complex tasks, a consumption multiplier is applied (for example, 1 request to Opus equals 5 basic requests)
To protect the infrastructure from abuse, we set technical Hard limits per end user. For example, no more than 10 food photo recognitions per day per user. This protects your unit economics from anomalous expenses
Yes, you can Upgrade your plan at any time through your personal account. The cost will be recalculated proportionally to the remaining days in the month. Downgrading is only possible from the next billing period
We use a checkpoint system. If the operator rejects the article outline proposed by the AI, only 0.1 credits are deducted. If the outline is approved but the final generated text with images is rejected, 1 full credit is deducted for the computing power spent
Yes, when choosing Annual Billing, you receive a 20% discount on the monthly Platform Fee. Please note that the discount does not apply to the one-time Setup Fee
We work with legal entities worldwide. You can pay for the subscription with a corporate bank card (via Stripe), by bank transfer against an invoice (Wire Transfer), or using cryptocurrency gateways for international contracts
The Setup Fee is non-refundable, as it compensates for the time already spent by our engineers and architects on deploying your individual infrastructure
Yes. Starter and Pro plans include standard support via a ticketing system (response within 24 hours). The Corporate plan includes a dedicated account manager, a priority Telegram line, and a guaranteed SLA with 99.9% uptime
Yes, we offer a Sleep Mode feature for a nominal fee. This allows you to keep your trained RAG base, integration settings, and dialogue history on our servers until you resume full operation
